To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, return of a printed item does not guarantee a refund or credit will be given.
In the event of a item return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will be applied in accordance with original payment method.
Items that may be eligible for full/partial refund or re-print include: Goods damaged in shipping, product that differs from original order specifications, or orders that have been incorrectly produced.
Items not eligible for full/partial refund or re-print include: Items with grammatical or spelling errors, incorrect artwork, or incorrect client information. All orders will go through a minimum 2 step verification and proofing process prior to the printing process. Once the final proof has been approved, it is considered understood by both parties that any and all errors have been corrected.
Shipping To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
